1. No Responsibility for Generated Content

Archieboy Holdings, LLC is not responsible for content generated through BookBud.ai. Content produced through BookBud.ai is generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence systems and related automation tools, and such content does not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, recommendations, or policies of Archieboy Holdings, LLC.

2. Plagiarism, Similarity, and Copyright Risk

You acknowledge that it is solely your responsibility to review and evaluate any content created with BookBud.ai before publishing, distributing, licensing, or otherwise using it. While BookBud.ai is intended to assist in generating original work, we do not guarantee that generated content will be free of similarities to existing works, copyrighted material, trademarks, or other protected rights.

3. Rights to AI-Assisted Content

You retain whatever rights you are legally entitled to claim in the content you create through BookBud.ai, subject to applicable law and subject to any payment, subscription, refund, or service-specific conditions associated with that content. Archieboy Holdings, LLC makes no representation or warranty concerning exclusivity, originality, ownership, copyrightability, or enforceability of rights in AI-assisted or AI-generated material.

Where a refund is granted for paid creation usage, any publishing or exploitation rights tied specifically to refunded creation credits or refunded done-for-you services may revert to BookBud.ai and/or Archieboy Holdings, LLC to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. User Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for the review, editing, fact-checking, compliance, publication, distribution, marketing, and legal consequences of any content produced using BookBud.ai. If any platform, retailer, distributor, publisher, or marketplace imposes restrictions on AI-assisted content, disclosure obligations, metadata requirements, or other conditions, compliance with those rules is solely your responsibility.

5. Ghostwriting / Done-for-You Services

Where BookBud.ai or Archieboy Holdings, LLC provides ghostwriting, idea-to-book, done-for-you, narration, proofreading, cover design, or related production services, you acknowledge that you are engaging us to exercise professional judgment on structure, content, editorial decisions, design choices, and related deliverables, subject to the scope of the purchased service.

If distribution is included, you will have the opportunity to review applicable materials before final distribution. We are happy to correct genuine production errors that we missed.

6. Cancellation Policy

We are committed to making cancellation no more difficult than signup. Users cancelling a paid service are expected to use the same platform and account flow used to activate or upgrade the service wherever that functionality is available.

1. Annual service is not refundable after 30 days.
2. Within the first 30 days, refunds may be issued less the value of usage already consumed, calculated under the pricing rules then in effect. To be eligible for such a refund, cancellation must be initiated through the client portal and account tools provided for that purpose.
3. Allow up to 72 hours for cancellation requests and related account state changes to fully process.

This 30-day refund window is more generous than the Master Terms’ default and applies specifically to BookBud.ai subscriptions.

7. Refund Policy

Unused purchased credits or character allotments may be eligible for refund within 30 days, subject to our internal usage calculations, abuse-prevention review, and applicable payment processing constraints. Used credits, used character allotments, completed service work, or consumed platform value are not refundable except where required by law or where we determine a platform-side technical malfunction materially affected delivery.

1. For ghostwriting or idea-to-market services, if you reject the proof and request a qualifying refund under an applicable guarantee, ownership and exploitation rights in that rejected book may revert to us, and we may publish or use that work under our own name or business identity.

8. Free Distribution Conditions

Where certain plans include free distribution benefits, those benefits apply only to eligible books created during the applicable plan period and only up to the quantity limits included with that plan. Temporary upgrades do not retroactively convert backlog titles created under lower plans into free-distribution titles unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Eligibility requirements may include use of BookBud.ai for creation, designated cover workflows, designated audio workflows, or other operational requirements announced with the applicable plan.

9. Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account unless expressly authorized otherwise by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. Creating or operating multiple accounts to evade platform rules, pricing limits, credit limits, promotions, moderation decisions, or subscription rules is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of some or all related accounts.

10. Distribution to Sister Sites

BookBud.ai offers integrated handoffs to other Archieboy services:

• “Distribute My Ebook” sends your finished EPUB, PDF, and cover image to SelfPublishing.pro for global ebook distribution.
• “Send to DocToPrint” sends your manuscript files to DocToPrint.com for print-interior formatting.

By clicking these actions, you authorize Archieboy to transfer the relevant files and metadata to the receiving Archieboy service. Each receiving service is governed by its own site-specific Terms in addition to the Master Terms; you should review those Terms before initiating a transfer.

11. AI-Specific Legal Disclaimer

BookBud.ai involves the use of artificial intelligence technology. AI systems are evolving rapidly, and laws, regulations, platform rules, and legal interpretations relating to AI-assisted content remain unsettled and may change over time.

1. No liability for legal issues. We are not responsible for legal issues arising from the creation, use, publication, licensing, sale, or distribution of AI-assisted content.
2. Third-party decisions and disclosure obligations. We are not responsible for the decisions of retailers, publishers, distributors, audiobook platforms, ad platforms, or other third parties concerning the acceptance, rejection, restriction, labeling, ranking, or removal of your content. In particular, Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) requires authors to disclose AI-generated content during book upload, and other retailers may impose similar disclosure requirements that change without notice. You are solely responsible for making truthful and complete disclosures wherever required.
3. Your review obligation. You are solely responsible for reviewing output and ensuring compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and disclosure requirements before using it publicly.
4. No legal advice. Nothing on BookBud.ai constitutes legal advice, and you should consult qualified counsel when appropriate.
5. No guarantee of suitability. We do not guarantee that any AI-assisted output is suitable for publication, regulatory compliance, or commercial use without further review.

12. Everything Else

All other terms — eligibility, payment processing, account termination, intellectual property, your-content license grant, DMCA copyright complaints, disclaimers of warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and changes to these Terms — are governed by the Archieboy Master Terms.
